Nomad Utility Vest — Upcycled Denim, One of a Kind

A one-of-a-kind Nomad Utility Vest, made with a front of upcycled denim pants, a cotton denim back, and cotton sherpa lining. The contrast binding is 100% linen, giving a nostalgic pop of color. Due to the repurposed materials, this exact vest won't be repeated.

Roomy, relaxed fit with low armholes, two lower patch pockets, and no closure, giving it a forgiving fit — with a hem that scoops slightly lower in the back. Built for layering over a chunky knit, wool coat, or even a denim jacket, for extra dimension and warmth in any outfit.

Size: 1 only, fits S–M (see size chart below for finished measurements)

  • Care Instructions

    This vest will last with gentle care. It does not need to be washed after every wear.

    Machine wash cold with mild enzyme free detergent, and avoid harsh cleaners, which can discolor and fade the fabric. Take care not to wash with anything abrasive that could snag the sherpa lining.

    Air dry is best, but if you must, tumble dry low. Iron if needed.

    Tracking the package once shipped is highly advised to avoid missed or stolen packages, and to catch unexpected transit mishaps early. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and you will receive an email with tracking information once the item is shipped.

  • All of the items in my shop are either made-to-order or one-of-a-kind pieces. Please make sure you want to commit and keep it before purchasing. Review the measurements of the garment to confirm fit. I am more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding size and fit. I want this garment to be something you love, that fits well, that you'll wear over and over — that's a part of slow fashion and intentional consumption, right?

    With that said, I want you to love what you purchase. Please communicate to me that you want to return within 7 days of receiving, at hello@mimishim.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a trackable shipping method is required.

    A refund to the original payment form will be issued once the item is received, minus the original shipping cost.
