Return Policy for Physical Products

All of the items in my shop are either made-to-order or one-of-a-kind pieces. Please make sure you want to commit and keep it before purchasing. Review the measurements of the garment to confirm fit. I am more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding size and fit. I want this garment to be something you love, that fits well, that you'll wear over and over — that's a part of slow fashion and intentional consumption, right?

With that said, I want you to love what you purchase. Please communicate to me that you want to return within 7 days of receiving, at hello@mimishim.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a trackable shipping method is required.

A refund to the original payment form will be issued once the item is received, minus the original shipping cost.

Shipping

Tracking the package once shipped is highly advised to avoid missed or stolen packages, and to catch unexpected transit mishaps early. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and you will receive an email with tracking information once the item is shipped.

Return Policy and Delivery for Digital Products

Digital PDF patterns and instructions will not be shipped, and no account is required to purchase. After checkout, you'll be able to download immediately and receive an email with a download link. This link is active for 24 hours; if it expires before you've downloaded the file, click it again and a fresh link will be sent automatically to the same email.

Save this email or download the file to your device once you receive it — since there's no account login to retrieve it later, the email is your only record of the purchase.

Because this is a downloadable digital product, all sales are final. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the file has been accessed.
